Timothy C. Collins

Timothy C. Collins is a co-founder of Cartica Capital. He has been a Co-Chief Executive Officer of RHJ International since May 2007, when Mr Fischer joined the company. He has been director of RHJ International since the company's formation in June 2004 and was its Chief Executive Officer from its formation in June 2004 until May 2007. Mr. Collins founded Ripplewood Holdings in 1995 and currently serves as its Senior Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Collins managed the New York office of Onex Corporation, a Toronto-based holding company engaged in acquiring companies in a variety of industries. Previously, Mr. Collins held positions at Lazard Frères & Company, Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Cummins Engine Company. Mr. Collins is a director of Asbury Automotive Group Inc., a portfolio company of Ripplewood Fund I, as well as a director of various privately held Ripplewood portfolio companies. He also serves on the Yale School of Management board of advisors and the Yale University Divinity School advisory board and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Collins has a B.A. in Philosophy from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
