Eric Kosmowski is a Vice President with Cartica Capital. Prior to joining Cartica, Mr. Kosmowski was a Managing Director of Milestone's International Equity Partners, LP, a private equity and advisory services firm operating in India, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe and the sponsor of a series of private equity funds focused on the emerging markets. Mr. Kosmowski has extensive strategy and operations consulting and investment experience in the United States, Canada, and Central and Eastern Europe. He has worked with firms in a wide range of industries including oil and gas, automotive, steel, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, enterprise software, consumer products, and pulp and paper.

Mr. Kosmowski started his career in the management consulting groups of both PriceWaterhouse and Deloitte Consulting. At Deloitte, Mr. Kosmowski was responsible for launching a new operations consulting practice in Central Europe. Mr. Kosmowski worked as a Director for Nextset Ventures, a corporate venture capital group and as an Investment Manager for White River Partners, a global value hedge fund. He was then President and Chief Operating Officer of A3Integration, a supply chain and logistics company serving international manufacturing companies. Mr. Kosmowski received his B.S. in Economics and his B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
